Sad Update – Betty Grammer, 46, the victim of a Fairway, Kan. shooting died overnight as a result of her injuries. Police have identified the suspect in a Fairway, Kan., shooting as Franklin L. Grammer Jr., 53, who goes by Tom. Police are still looking for the suspect. Police think Grammer has likely left the area. He was last seen driving a blue Dodge Dakota pick-up with a ladder rack and Oklahoma plates 522-MTH
