They say “Crime scene tape stretched across the road Monday about seven blocks from the house, which is located in the western part of the city in an area north of the Missouri River between Interstate 70 and U.S. 24.”

Police have identified the suspect in a Fairway, Kan., shooting as Franklin L. Grammer Jr., 53, who goes by Tom. Police are still looking for the suspect. Police think Grammer has likely left the area. He was last seen driving a blue Dodge Dakota pick-up with a ladder rack and Oklahoma plates 522-MTH
